Services Offered:

One Threadneedle Limited/T/A Key Motor Finance provides a non-advised service. While we cannot offer advice or recommendations on specific products, we collect information during the application process to identify your needs. Subsequently, we present a selection of products tailored to your requirements, allowing you to make an informed decision. Pre-contract credit information detailing the Terms & Conditions of your chosen product will be provided, including any associated fees and interest. 

Finance Products:

We offer a limited selection of finance products sourced from a curated panel of lenders. Detailed information about these products can be found on our website or you may request a copy via email or post. One Threadneedle Limited as a credit broker, not a lender.

Commission Disclosure:

Upon entering into an agreement with the finance provider, we receive a commission payment. The specific commission amount can be disclosed upon request, either over the phone or in writing. All point-of-sale providers will receive a commission for writing business with a lender. 

Support for Vulnerable Customers:

We strive to tailor our services to support customers facing vulnerability due to current circumstances or recent life events. If you require additional support, have a disability, or experience a change in personal circumstances, please inform us. We are here to assist and provide the necessary support.

Affordability and Suitability:

Before entering into an agreement, it is crucial to assess whether the repayments are comfortably affordable. Evaluate your ability to meet monthly payments and other obligations without undue hardship. If there are changes in your circumstances that may impact your ability to repay, please notify us promptly.
